How to obtain services?

You can obtain a service via the Portal:

1. 1. Signin or login on e-Licensing Portal;
2. 2. Click “Order Service Online” button on e-Licensing Portal page;
3. 3. Fill in the fields of request;
4. 4. Sign a request with digital signature;
5. 5. You can track status of request in “My applications” section of Personal Account, status on obtainment of license in “My licensing documents” section and status on obtainment of notification in “My notifications” section.

Work schedule of the portal

Portal: 24/7, except cases of service breaks related to maintenance activities.

Service Result

The decision of the service provider to grant the right to the land plot or a motivated refusal to provide the state service.
