This area is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides leadership in the field of preschool education and upbringing, additional education, primary, basic secondary and general secondary education, technical and vocational, post-secondary education, retraining and advanced training of education workers, is a state body that carries out the functions public administration in the field of protection of children's rights, as well as state functions for guardianship and trusteeship of minors in the district.
