In accordance with subparagraph 16) of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 434 "On Public Procurement" dated December 04, 2015 and the Decree of the Akimat of the Zhetisu region No. 7 "On the Unified Organizer of the region" dated July 21, 2022, the Department is the Unified Organizer of the Zhetisu region.
Thus, the main activity of the Department is the organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers subordinate to the relevant akimat of the region, district of the region, city of regional significance, district in the city of regional significance, (including regional and district municipal legal entities, as well as legal entities, fifty percent or more voting shares (shares of participation in the authorized capital) owned by the state, and legal entities affiliated with them, According to Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1127 "On determining the lists of goods, works, services for which public procurement is carried out by unified organizers of public procurement" dated December 29, 2018.
Public procurement conducted by the Department:
Goods whose annual volumes in value terms exceed forty thousand times the size of the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget;
Works, the annual volumes of which in value terms exceed forty thousand times the size of the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget;
Development of design and estimate documentation and (or) feasibility studies, the annual volumes of which in value terms exceed four thousand times the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget;
Average and current repairs of highways of regional significance and their maintenance;
Engineering services (technical supervision and project management services), the annual volumes of which in value terms exceed four thousand times the size of the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget;
Services, the annual volumes of which in value terms exceed forty thousand times the size of the monthly calculation index established for the corresponding fiscal year by the law on the republican budget.
