Territorial defense

Territorial defense is a set of measures implemented by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to protect the population, facilities and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan from enemy actions, acts of sabotage or acts of terrorism, as well as the introduction and maintenance of a state of emergency or martial law.
