Since the beginning of the year, 1,083 new jobs have been created in the district. Of these, 474 permanent, 609 temporary jobs. (Plan 1284, permanently 700, temporarily 584) permanent jobs were created in agriculture - 129, trade – 142, other economic activities - 203.
In order to implement active measures to promote employment, 1,189 people were attracted through the employment center (plan – 892 people) (131%).Since the beginning of the year, 376 people have been employed for permanent jobs from among the unemployed registered for vacant jobs.
150 people have been sent to short-term training courses in specialties in demand on the labor market. (the plan is 150 people). Specialties taught: cook-15 people, pastry chef – 10, hairdresser – 15, manicurist - 25, accountant - 20, tailor - 20, finisher – 5, cosmetologist - 5, shoe business-35 people. To date, those admitted to training have completed their studies, of which 143 people are employed on a permanent basis.
The following people were sent to study in rural districts: Ainabulak rural district – 2, Algabas – 7, Enbekshi – 14, Balpyk – 86, Zharlyozek– 7, Musabek–2, Mukanchi – 7, Mukuri – 15, Labasi – 6, Kabulisa-4 people.
Since the beginning of the year, a state grant for the implementation of new business ideas in the amount of 400 MCI (1,225,200 tenge) has been provided to 15 people. (the plan is 95 people). Of the unemployed who received the Grant, low-income families -2 people, large families - 9 people, belonging to the category of youth - 4 people. The grant was provided for the implementation of the following business ideas: animal husbandry for 8 people, greenhouse for 2 people, cooking for 2 people, beauty salon for 1 person, photo salon for 1 person, ONE HUNDRED and one people.
49 people were sent to social jobs (the plan is 47 people).Of these, 4 people completed the work.
The following people were sent to rural districts: Algabas – 8, Balpyk bi – 5, Musabek – 5, Mukuri - 6, Labasi - 15, Kabulisa – 10.Social workplaces are not organized in the Enbekshinsky, Zharlyozeksky, Mukanshinsky rural districts.
37 people were sent to the youth practice (the plan is 46 people). Of these, 3 people completed the work.

Since the beginning of the year, 30 citizens with disabilities have applied to the KSU " Employment Center of the Akimat of the Koksu district". Of these: 1 person is sent to short-term vocational training courses within the framework of the "national entrepreneurship development project for 2021-2025". Currently, he has completed his studies and is employed for a permanent job. 25 people were sent to public works and 2 people were sent to youth practice.

On January 19, 2022, the composition of the commission was approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the district No. 08 "On the establishment of the district commission for the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences". The first meeting of the commission has been held since the beginning of the year. The meetings of the commission are held quarterly.
In accordance with the decision of the Koksu district Maslikhat No. 29-2 "on approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens of the Koksu district", persons released from prison and persons registered with the probation service were provided with social assistance in the amount of 15 monthly calculation indices (45945tg.) 3- Mmm.
Out of 56 citizens registered for probation, 19 unemployed people applied to the employment center. They were given explanations on active measures to promote employment within the framework of the national project for the development of entrepreneurship for 2021-2025, vacancies were presented.
From among the citizens who applied to the employment center, 3 people were employed for permanent work according to the quota: LLP "UyzMai Industry" (Sarsen E.), LLP "Builder" (Seydakhmetov B), LLP "Koksu Sugar Factory" Shakirtov Zh. There are 4 people outside the quota: (Ermukhanbetova G.) were employed in the district hospital as nurses, 2 people - in "Semshoky Kurylys Service" LLP Abdibekov Eren, Iskakbai Ernazar, 1 person - in the "Medet" farm - as a shepherd Bolys Nurbek. 2 people were sent to temporary paid community service, 1 person was sent to short-term professional training in the specialty accountant, completed training and was hired at the training center "Amanat". 11 people voluntarily refused the proposed active employment measures.
Work is constantly being carried out on the employment of unemployed persons registered in probation, released from a correctional institution to vacant jobs of institutions fixed by the quota of Koksu Sugar Factory LLP, UyzMai Industry LLP, Builder LLP.
In addition, the district youth resource center and the district intermunicipal sports events center held mini-football competitions among young people registered for probation.
In order to implement active measures to promote employment of the population during the 3rd quarter of 2022, work will be carried out on the implementation of the program plan "Youth Practice", "first workplace", "contract of generations", "Kumis Zhas project".
