The main goal of the state program "With a diploma to the village" is to solve the problem of the formation of human resources with the necessary labor resources in rural areas.
The provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements is carried out in accordance with the Regulations approved by the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, arrived to work and live in rural settlements."
According to the budget loan for the 1st quarter of 2022, 5 specialists received budget loans for the purchase of housing, including 5 specialists from Balpyksky rural district (education – 2 specialists; healthcare – 3 specialists;).
The lifting allowance for the 1st quarter of 2022 was received by only 8 specialists, including 8 specialists of the Balpyksky s/o (100 calculated monthly indicators * 3063 = 306300 tenge), 5 specialists received budget loans for the purchase of housing, including (1500 calculated indicators*3063= 4594500 tenge), (education – 2 specialist; health sphere-3 specialists).
In accordance with the rules for the provision of social assistance, a specialist must work in the locality where he is employed for 3 years, in case of violation of the consent by a specialist earlier than the specified period, ensure the return of the specified type of social assistance in full at the expense of the budget.
