Work in the field of agriculture and land relations is carried out in accordance with the requirements of land legislation and in accordance with the approved plan.
All issues in the field of agriculture and land relations were considered by the commission on land relations of the district and the commissions on land relations established in rural districts.
All applications were considered within the time limits specified in the land legislation.
According to the Order The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 301 dated October 01, 2020 "On the approval of the Rules for the provision of public services in the field of land relations" 5 types of public services were provided to citizens and legal entities.

Also, the specialists of the department have drawn up 149 type contracts, of which 112type contracts with peasant farms for the rational use of land for its intended purpose, 37type contracts for the use of land for housing and communal services and for personal subsidiary farming.
Specialists of the Department of Agriculture in relation to the district, the above-mentioned types of work are carried out in accordance with the requirements of land legislation and the approved plan of the department of land in relation to the district.
The work was carried out jointly with specialists of akimats of rural districts, the Koksu district Department of the Department of Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate -a branch of the non-profit joint-stock company State Corporation of the government for citizens of the Almaty region and specialists of the State Institution "Management for Control over the Use and Protection of Land in the Almaty region".
