In order to implement the program "Development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 ", 10 citizens were sent to short-term courses in the first direction. In the second direction for the development of entrepreneurship, 8 citizens received loans for the development of animal husbandry and their own business in the amount of 18 million 800 thousand tenge. State support for business entities 5 citizens received a grant in the amount of 2 million 910 thousand tenge. In the third direction, 17 citizens were sent to social jobs. 4 young specialists have completed youth practice. 44 unemployed people are involved in public work. Targeted social assistance was paid to 6 families, 44 people in the amount of 2 million 556 thousand tenge. Housing allowance was paid to 4 families in the amount of 68,590 tenge.
On infrastructure development: Mukrin rural District village of 10 years of Kazakhstan, street lighting has been installed on Nurmanbet Street. The installation work was carried out by the closed partnership "KazStroy Group", the allocated funds amounted to 3,425,000 tenge. In the village of Mukury in 2021, an open competition was held for public procurement desks, which was won by the limited liability partnership "Natsstroyleader" and built a Workout sports ground with a sports simulator in Okruk. Secondary educational work is carried out in accordance with the educational program. The district has all the conditions for carefree learning of students. In the 2021-2022 academic year, there are 2 secondary schools in the district, 414 students study at the Kalkaparbayev Secondary School, 68 students study at the Rakhmetolla Tolkymbekuly secondary school.
For carrying out repair work in the building of the Kalkaksharbayev secondary school: for the current repair of the secondary school named after Kalkaksharbayev allocated 50,348.0 thousand tenge for 2021. The contract with the limited liability partnership "VEK-909" for the current repair of the Kalkaparbayev secondary school was concluded in the amount of 48 782 221.6 tenge. Work under the agreement began on June 01, 2021 and was supposed to be completed on October 07, but work continues today.
To date, the construction of a new school for 120 places has begun in the village of 10 years of Kazakhstan.
To provide children with preschool education in the village of Mukry, there are kindergartens "Tulip" and "Tansholpan", in which 160 children are brought up. Currently, one of the main goals of educational work is to teach the customs, national traditions, culture, art of our people, events are held, matinees are held.
Healthcare: The epidural in the district is generally stable. As a result of the measures carried out, particularly dangerous infectious diseases were registered -brucellosis, Tuberculosis - 1. no infectious diseases were registered in the district in 2021.
