There are 5 localities in the county.The population is 4117 people, among the population of the District:109 mothers with many children, including 41 owners of "Altyn Alka" pendants, 68 owners of"kumis Alka" pendants. 2-a veteran of the Afghan War, 1-a participant in the Chernobyl disaster, Home Front workers-15 people, 429-an old pensioner receives an age pension, 17 people are assigned pensions and benefits related to disability of Group I, II, 14-III.The number of disabled children under the age of 16 is 4, 1 social worker is assigned to him, and 4 single elderly people are assigned 1 social worker and provide assistance.In the District-2 secondary school, children's health camp, kindergarten, Polytechnic College,2 outpatient clinics, FAP, Post Office, Precinct police station, vet. a fire station, a fire station.
One of the main directions of our state's development is modern social policy, the main goal of which is to provide social assistance to the low-income population,employment and monitoring of social programs.
Targeted social assistance was provided to 16 families, including 87 people, in the amount of 5 million 742 thousand tenge.Within the framework of the program for the development of productive employment and entrepreneurship for 2017-2021, 297 people were employed.In the first direction, 9 people were sent to retraining courses. In the second direction, under the program for the development of entrepreneurship, 4 citizens received 2 2 million. 333 thousand 600 tenge was received, 10 citizens who completed entrepreneurship training" Bastau business " received 32 million 800 thousand tenge of irrevocable state funds.The third direction: 4 people were involved in youth practice, 107 people were involved in public works.In honor of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and within the framework of the national project marathon of good deeds, residents of our village are not left.He did not spare any assistance to low-income families. 50 bags of flour and 50 bags of sugar were distributed.The doszhanov family-gave 7 low-income families 1 sheep and 6 goats.As part of the road to school campaign, funds were collected in the amount of 220 thousand tenge ( two hundred and twenty thousand tenge), children from 35 low-income families were distributed educational equipment, as well as sportswear, school uniforms. Organized by the youth of the district, 100 loaves of bread are distributed free of charge in the store every Friday.Organized by the youth of zhetizhal village and with the help of public workers, 15 families with many children were provided with fuel. Students of koksu Polytechnic College donated and provided food to two large families.
In 2021,86,625,000 tenge was allocated for asphalt laying at the koksu station on Kozhabergenov,Baiseitov,Kazakhstan,Shalabayev, Auezov streets, and 158,569,7 tenge was allocated for the road between the koksu station and the village of Nadrizbek with a length of 5,221 km.
In order to give residents a wide opportunity to engage in sports and effectively use their free time, a Street workout(street workout) was also built at Koksu station, with the allocation of 2,800,000 tenge. And in the village of Zhetizhal, a children's playground was installed. The zhetizhal House of culture was repaired at a current cost of 19,000,000 tenge.
The total land area of the district is 85038.05 ha ,including:pastures - 82771.98 ha, arable land-3116 ha, including rural residents-167 ha, SEC patchwork-173 ha, TOO BTS Group – 70 ha. 132 farms are registered in the district.
3 farms in the district received 15 tons of diesel fuel at preferential prices. On 400 hectares – 100tn of mineral fertilizers, on 700 hectares-420 liters of herbicides against weeds.
With the kazsushar institution, 75 farms signed contracts for 1,896 hectares of land and paid in full(100%) for a total amount of 9,078,567 tenge.Mechanical cleaning of the canal with a total length of 9 km was carried out in the district: Bakhytzhan canal – 3.5 km, Toktagana – 3 km, p-4 – 2.5 km.23.7 km of drainage was completely cleared: P-1 (NZ.4.5 km), p-2 (NZ. 3.7 km), D-16(length 4.5 km), d-17(length. 4.2 km), d-18(NZ. 6.8 km).
In total, 863 hectares were plowed, including 350 hectares of deep plowing.According to digitalization, 92% of pasture land and 100% of irrigated land are included in the electronic map.The Department of land relations of Koksu district issued a list of 42 peasant farms for undeveloped pasture lands. Of these, 7 cattle are registered in another district, 25 cattle are not available, 6 cattle are legalized, and 4 cattle are being clarified.
According to the number of livestock, cattle – 3705 heads, cattle – 22432 heads, horses-2275 heads, camels-120 heads.There are 5 veterinarians at the veterinary point, as well as 2 points for artificial insemination of NSM, 2 points for artificial insemination of cattle. In order to prevent particularly dangerous infectious diseases of agricultural animals within the budget program of the district, a plan of vaccination and diagnostic measures against 12 different diseases is being implemented in a timely manner.
In order to prevent the theft of livestock, a three – way (Shepherd – owner-administrative) contract was concluded, 20 farms and shepherds of two localities were signed.
There are 3 feedlots in okreg. There is a feedlot for 400 heads.In 35 farms engaged in animal husbandry, there are 50 wintering grounds. 16,000 tons of winter feed were fully collected (the percentage of execution is 100%), and 300 tons of feed were delivered for the winter.
One of the most important branches of the social sphere is healthcare. Medical institutions are equipped with modern equipment and the necessary medical equipment. For timely medical care of the population, the outpatient clinic has a 4-bed day hospital department on the basis of the Polyclinic. 1,522 people without infant mortality under one year of age were subjected to fluorographic examinations. Since the beginning of the year, 74 children have been born, 25 people have died, and the natural increase is 49 people.
There are 542 children in mukanchi secondary school,73 teachers,170 children in Zhetizhal secondary school,30 teachers, 240 children in polytechnic college,and 34 teachers.According to the results of the last academic year, 542 students were trained at the Mukanchi secondary school, which has a mini-Center at the school for the 2020-2021 academic year. Of these,241 students in grades 1-4,258 students in grades 5-9, and 53 students in grades 10-11.The school consists of 32 classes. The quality of education in the 2020-2021 academic year is 61.8%, academic performance is 100 %.At the end of the 2020-2021 academic year, the academic performance result was "satisfactory", seven of the 43 students who graduated from the 9th grade received certificates with honors.
Zhetizhal secondary school is fully equipped with specialists in all subjects. For the first quarter of the 2020-2021 academic year, students were trained in a normal mode, divided into groups. During the pandemic period, educational organizations, on the basis of an order to strengthen measures to prevent the spread of covid-19 coronavirus infection, banned measures to strengthen sanitary and epidemiological and preventive measures. On the basis of the division into groups, a schedule of classes was drawn up, classes 1,4,5,9,10,11 were taught in 1 shift, classes 2,3 6,7,8 were taught in 2 shifts, and after each lesson, a call schedule was drawn up for a time interval of up to 10 minutes.
The number of preschool children in the district is 550.0-3 the number of children is 154, the number of children 3-6 is 229. there is a kindergarten "Kunshuak". The kindergarten employs 21 employees.There is a mini-Center in mukanchi secondary school. 50 children are brought up in the mini - Center, divided into 2 groups. One group works for a fee, one group works for free. There are 70 children waiting in line for kindergarten.
Koksu Polytechnic College: the contingent of students in the educational institution is 240, of which 100 were enrolled in the first year in September 2021.The college trains students in 5 specialties of agricultural production. These are: "tractor driver of agricultural production", "Cook" , "Electric Gas Welder","Electrician", car repair locksmith".The engineering and teaching staff of the college consists of 34 teachers, including 10 Masters of Industrial Training, 14 teachers of general education. The college has a dormitory for 236 seats. The number of orphans is 3. They are provided with clothing once a year for four seasons of the year.
In total, 60 citizens were called up from the district for spring military service, and 4 people were sent to the army. In total, 129 citizens were called up from the district for the autumn military service, and 3 people were sent to the army.
Flowers were planted around the monument to the victims and veterans of the Great Patriotic War at the koksu post, and 100 ash trees were planted in front of the Koksu outpatient clinic.
48 (forty-eight) individual entrepreneurs are registered in the district. Of these, 12 entrepreneurs are engaged in the sale of food products, 1 pharmacy operates. In 2021, 1 grocery store, 1 hardware store, 1 Barber Shop, 2 nail clippers, 1 tool shop, and 1 hardware store were opened.
Works planned for the next 2022:
1. current repair of the ditch system in the village of 50 years of Kazakhstan;
2. installation of street lighting on Abay and Baisabanov streets in Mukanchi village, Orakty batyr, Zheltoksan village; Zhaparbayev, Abay village, 50 zhylyl village; Baitulakov Village, Koksu village; Zhetizhal village;
3.installation of artificial speed dampers on the central streets of Orakty batyr and Zhaparbayev.
4. construction of a closed Physical Culture and Recreation Complex at Koksu station and a sports field in Zhetizhal village;
5.construction of a veterinary point at the Koksu post.
6.repair of internal roads in all localities of the District.
