The implementation of the President's address and decrees, resolutions of the government, akim of the region and district was carried out according to the plan. Operational instructions of the district Akim were guided in their daily work and provided high-quality execution.
The state institution" Office of the Akim of algabas rural district " has 5 full-time units : the Akim of the Rural District, 3 Chief specialists and 1 leading specialist.
Algabas rural district consists of two localities; the village of Algabas and the village of Kyzyltogan. The population is 2232 people, including: 189 pensioners,44 people with disabilities of groups I,II, III, 92 mothers with many children, including 28 "Altyn Alka", 36 "kumis Alka".

Most of the appeals were related to the issues of re-legalization of housing documents, livestock issues, employment. The whole reception was decided.
As a result of the work carried out in the social sphere of the district, the following social issues were resolved positively. "In order to implement the program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021, 129 people were employed, 2 people were employed in the first direction of the program, having completed short-term retraining courses. In the third direction, 1 person passed the Youth Park and was employed in their field, 39 unemployed citizens were involved in public works and financed in the amount of 17 million 153 thousand tenge. For business entities that received state support in 2021, 3 citizens received loans to increase the number of livestock in the amount of 9 million 400 tenge, 3 citizens received 1 million 750 thousand irrevocable (grant) loans and continue their business.
In 2021, targeted social assistance of a new format was provided to 22 children from 4 families in the district in the amount of 2 million 142 thousand 958 tenge.
In addition, the spring and autumn conscription work was organized, according to the plan, 30 children underwent medical examinations. 8 children have been drafted into the army and are currently paying their debts to the motherland. 10 children are students,3 citizens are married. 13 children underwent a full medical examination.
In the sphere of small and medium-sized businesses: 4 shops, 2 catering establishments, 1 barber shop serve the population in the District.
According to the local budget: since the beginning of 2021, the revenue department has carried out an inventory of land, property, and motor vehicles taxes levied on individuals and legal entities. On motor vehicle tax: 83 people were warned about timely receipt of payments to the budget. In 2021, the local budget received revenues for motor vehicles-4 million 656 thousand 433 tenge, income tax from individuals – 403 thousand 400 tenge, property and land tax – 141 thousand 668 tenge.All types of taxes were carried out according to the annual plan.
In the field of Agriculture:
In 2021, 54 farms will be engaged in the production of agricultural products.
In the field of crop production, 1,631 hectares of arable land have been fully developed for their intended purpose, and grain crops have been sown.
By the end of the sowing campaign in 2021, more than 7,500 thousand tons of hay and more than 2,500 thousand tons of fodder were prepared for winter feed.

As of January 1, 2022 , according to the annual census, there are 2,043 cattle, 9,284 sheep and goats, and 923 horses. The number of livestock in the district is increasing at the expense of its young.
The work on secondary education is carried out in accordance with the educational program. In the 2021-2022 academic year, 328 students study in the district. (Algabas secondary school – 223, Kyzyltogan Secondary School-105)
