Constructive public DIALOGUE", directed by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan – The basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan": we are approaching an important milestone in the recent history of our country.Almost thirty years ago, our people declared their independence and fulfilled the dream that our ancestors had longed for for centuries.During this time, our country has become an authoritative and stable state in the world.Thanks to our stable unity, we have strengthened the independence and improved the situation of our people.It was a period of creation and progress, peace and harmony.The path of development of the country has been recognized all over the world.Now we need to achieve independence, the opportunity is given to bring the country to a qualitatively new stage of development.We can achieve this by preserving the continuity of the policy of Elbasy and carrying out systemic reforms.As you know, all this became the basis of my election program.Now the state bodies are carrying out appropriate work on its implementation.The promises I made to the people, I will definitely fulfill.In our work, we should focus on the need for the full implementation of the Five Institutional Reforms and the National Plan proposed by the President. It was necessary to resume the work of the National Commission for Modernization, created at the initiative of the President.
The implementation of these measures will contribute to the growth of the social status of our population. I am sure that the fruits of the work that is being implemented today will be seen not only by us, but also by our generation. In the office of the akim of the district, the akim, 3 chief specialists, 1 leading specialist and 6 technical workers perform work on the tasks assigned to them.The district akim's office issued orders for 44 main positions, 30 personnel.Since the beginning of the year, 3 written and 7 oral appeals have been received by the akim of the village.
In the social sphere: 87 people were employed in the implementation of the employment program, 6 people took short-term courses, 1 person received grants, 1 person passed youth practice. 42 people were involved in public works.The number of employed according to the employment roadmap is 29 people.
In the field of agriculture: the total land area of the district is 12314.31 hectares, including water intake – 209.62 hectares, pasture-12132.0 hectares. In 2021, 50 hectares of spring barley, 32 hectares of potatoes, 132 hectares of perennial grasses were sown, 117.5 tons of spring barley, 190 tons of potatoes, 2,101 tons of hay were harvested.
In the field of animal husbandry: in the district there are 2081 heads of black, 7002 heads of sheep and goats, 868 heads of horses, 38 heads of camels, 2350 - birds. There is 1 livestock insemination point in the district.According to the plan, 3000 heads of MRS have been fully completed.
Taxes received: property tax -17,000 tenge, land tax amounted to 64,000 tenge and executed 100 percent.Taxes from individuals on vehicles 1 million 400 thousand tenge.
In the field of healthcare: the medical center is provided with equipment, a computer, an office telephone, the Internet, ambulance vehicles. According to the planned schedule, the villagers passed all the medical examinations in a timely manner. In order to prevent coronavirus infection, 550 people from the village were vaccinated. In order to monitor the state of health of the mother and child in the district, regular medical consultations are conducted to examine the health of the population and livestock breeders of the village, the driving area of the district.Since the beginning of the year, 7 people have died, 14 children have been born.
In the field of education: in secondary school No. 12 in the 2021-2022 academic year, there are only 31 teachers, of which 2 teachers have the highest category - 4 research teachers, 13 teachers with the first category-8 expert teachers, 8 moderator teachers, 5 teachers without a category and 21 technical workers.In accordance with the Regulation on the registration procedure for children and adolescents aged 6 to 17 years in secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.1997 No. 463, in coordination with the akim of the village, children from microdistricts were enrolled. As a result, 51 children aged 0 to 5 years, 150 children aged 6 to 18 years, of which 16 children are enrolled in pre-school classes, 134 children in this school, 9 children in other schools, 21 children in colleges, 6 children in higher educational institutions.
In accordance with the Comprehensive Plan of Practical Measures for the 2021-2022 academic year, 54 children living in the locality of PCH-45 are transported according to the rules that ensure the safety of transportation of children and control over the completeness of attendance by students.
There is 1 nursery school in the district.According to the staff schedule, 22 employees work, 50 children are brought up in 3 groups. Events in the field of sports, youth, religion, culture in the district were held online in accordance with the plan.
Works completed in 2021:
1. The contractor organization BS BUILD LLP carried out an average repair of Tsentralnaya St. in Ainabulak station with a total length of 0.7 km, spent 10,304.0 thousand tenge.
Tasks for 2022:
1. In order to develop SMEs in the district, open a barber shop and a sewing workshop, open a summer recreation area.
2. in order to develop animal husbandry, open a feedlot for 150 cattle.
3. construction of a playground, a mini-football field in the district.
4.average repair of Ramazanova, Agybai Bartai, Zheleznodorozhnaya, Baishapanova streets in settlements.
5. completion of work on laying the power grid to the water tower.
6. provision of pasture lands to the rural population.
