In Mukanchinsky rural district, in accordance with the approval of the Rules for the Provision of Public Services in the field of Land Relations for No. 301 dated October 1, 2020, it performs 5 public services in the following types:
- Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions);
- Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot;
- Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots by holding tenders (contests, auctions);
- "Putting on the queue for receiving a land plot"
"Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement"
For 9 months of 2021, 199 public services were provided. In order to ensure wide access of the population to information on the procedure for providing public services in the building of the office of the akim of the Mukanchinsky rural district, standards and regulations of public services are placed in a prominent place on the stand, as well as an office for a self-service corner of the population is allocated.
Work is underway to train the population to work on the "Electronic Government" and egov.kz. The need to open an electronic digital signature when receiving public services and the procedure for using the card reader, as well as the possibilities of electronic public services are brought. Residents receive answers to all their questions.
