For the construction of engineering and communication networks and the improvement of this house, on March 10, 2020, the Office of the Akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the public procurement portal. The deadline for accepting applications is scheduled for April 1, 2020. According to the protocol of the results, the winner was determined by Monolit LLP. On April 23, 2020, a contract No. 24 for SMR was signed with Monolit LLP for a total amount of 75 million 688 thousand 397 tenge.
3. Also, on the 40 hectares allocated for the construction of ICS for residential housing under this program for the construction of engineering and communication networks for residential housing (external power supply), on January 13, 2021, the Office of the Akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by Monolit LLP. Construction and installation works will begin on April 13, 2021. The completion date is scheduled for July 13, 2021. After the completion of the construction of all engineering and communication networks, 186 sites will be provided for the construction of residential housing. In 2020, work on the construction of a water pipeline was completed on this site.

According to this program, on January 12, 2020, the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty Region announced a competition on the public procurement portal for the construction of a 20-apartment rental residential building in the village of Balpyk bi. The winner was determined by "Shymkent" LLP. Construction and installation works will begin on April 14, 2021. The completion date is scheduled for October 14, 2021. The estimated cost of the object was 247 million 288 thousand tenge.

At the same time, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of the 21st four-room rental residential buildings (10 houses with an area of 80 m2 each and 11 houses with an area of 100 m2 each) in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district of the Almaty region" on April 12, 2019, a competition was announced on the public procurement portal. According to the protocol of the results, the winner was determined by ARS LTD LLP. On June 5, 2019, contract No. 55 was concluded with ARS LTD LLP for a total amount of 10 million 297 thousand 776 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 12.7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the examination of 13.5 months). The design work has been completed. The PSD is under examination. The allocation of funds for construction and installation works is planned for 2022.

On March 12, 2020, the Office of the Akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the public procurement portal for the construction of engineering and communication networks and the improvement of this house. The winner was determined by Geodesy Service LLP. On May 12, 2020, contract No. 28 was concluded for a total amount of 1 million 987 thousand 108 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). To date, the work on the development of design and estimate documentation is being completed.

The total amount is 454 million 842 thousand 030 tenge. To date, letters and a budget application have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.
2. Along with this, the development of design and estimate documentation was completed and a positive expert opinion No. 18-0041/20 t was received on 06.04.2020 for the object: "Construction of a school for 120 places with a mini center for 25 places in the village of 10 years of Kazakhstan in the Koksu district of the Almaty region". The estimated cost of the object was 1 billion 73 million 765 thousand tenge, technical supervision-31 million 461 thousand tenge, author's supervision - 10 million 845 thousand tenge. The total amount is 1 billion 116 million 071 thousand 322 tenge. To date, letters and a budget application have been sent to allocate funds for construction and installation work.

Also, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of a school for 120 places with a mini center for 25 places in the village of Beskainar of the Koksu district of the Almaty region", a competition was announced on the public procurement portal on April 12, 2019. According to the protocol of the results, the winner was determined by the LLP "Scientific Research Institute of Standard and Experimental Design (Institute of Housing)". On June 16, 2019, contract No. 61 was concluded with the Scientific Research Institute of Model and Experimental Design (Institute of Housing) LLP for a total amount of 36 million 123 thousand 840 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 14.6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the examination of 17.1 months). The project organization "NIITEP (Institute of Housing)" LLP, which has drawn up a contract for subcontracting work with "ARS LTD" LLP, has completed the project work to date. At the same time, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of a secondary school for 120 places with a mini center for 25 places in the village of Karatal of the Koksu district of the Almaty region" on March 12, 2020, the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty Region announced a competition on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by KAPREMPROEKT LLP. On July 24, 2020, contract No. 39 was signed for a total amount of 35 million 137 thousand 944 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 14.1 months from the date of conclusion of the contract) To date, the Construction Department of the Almaty region is working on the development of a POI.
5. Also, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of the building of the akim of Ainabulak rural district in the village of Ainabulak of the Koksu district of Almaty region" on March 12, 2020, the Office of the akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by Stroytext LLP. On May 25, 2020, contract No. 31 was concluded for a total amount of 7 million 717 thousand 773 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 6.1 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). To date, the work on the development of the POI has been fully completed. A competition for expertise has been announced. To date, the competition is on appeal.
6. Along with this, for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Construction of an extension of a food-canteen to a boarding school building in the village of Mambet in the Koksu district of Almaty region" on March 12, 2020, the Office of the akim of the Koksu district announced a competition on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by Stroytext LLP. On May 14, 2020, contract No. 30 was concluded for a total amount of 6 million 808 thousand 210 tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 4.6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). 9 million 307 thousand tenge was allocated for 2020. The work on the development of the POI is fully completed. To date, the Almaty Construction Department has received a positive expert opinion.

7. Also for the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "Reconstruction of the building of the former sports school for the kindergarten "Zhuldyz" in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district" on October 15, 2020 on the public procurement portal. The winner was determined by Stroytext LLP. On December 2, 2020, contract No. 61 was concluded for a total amount of 13 million 869 thousand tenge(the delivery period under the contract is 6.9 months from the date of conclusion of the contract). 500 thousand tenge has been allocated from the local budget for 2020. A technical conclusion was received. To date, the Construction Department of the Almaty region is working on the development of a POI.

Also, the Construction Department of the Almaty region has begun work on the development of design and estimate documentation for a standard project of the object: "Construction of a fire station for 2 exits in the village of Balpyk bi of the Koksu district of the Almaty region". The project organization of "Zhetisu saulet kurylysy" LLP. To date, the work on the development of the POI has been fully completed. A positive expert opinion was received.
