In accordance with Article 25-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 1997 "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2011 No. 110, Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2018 No. 401 "on the state program for the development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2019", In order to implement the resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region dated February 18, 2020 No. 58 "On approval of the Action Plan for 2017-2019", the akimat of the Koksu district in 2020, in accordance with the specified program, approved the resolution of the akim of the district.
The resolution approved the action plan for the implementation of the state program of the Koksu district "development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025" (hereinafter-the action plan) in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
According to the approved resolution, the heads of institutions, enterprises, organizations of all forms, akims of rural districts are recommended to ensure the implementation of the action plan and inform the state institution "Koksu District Department of Culture and Language Development" about the implementation of the action plan annually no later than July 1 and December 20.
In accordance with Article 25-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 1997 "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2011 No. 110, Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2018 No. 401 "on the state program for the development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2019", in order to implement the resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region dated February 26, 2019 No. 79, some work has been done in the Koksu district.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2011 No. 110 "On the state program for the development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020", prepared by the Ministry of Culture and the Committee on Languages in 2010 in order to implement the instructions of the Head of State N. A. Nazarbayev, the main language policy is currently being implemented in the district within the framework of this program.
In order to implement the "trinity of languages" and the state program for the development and functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025, the State Institution"Department of Culture and Language Development " of the Koksu district in accordance with the resolution of the Akim of the Almaty region dated February 18, 2020 No. 58 on the implementation of the state program for the development and functioning of languages for 2020-2025, in the implementation of the action plan of the Akim of the Almaty region for 2020-2025:
As discussed at the first meeting of the working group on languages in early 2020, in connection with the topic of the Latin alphabet, a round table was held in all libraries of the district on the topic: "The transition to the Latin alphabet is a good step for our language",

In the 2nd decade of December 2020, the next quarterly meeting of the Language and Onomastics group was organized, where the results of the group's work for the year were summed up. The prerequisites for this year's plan are also outlined.
Information about the work done by the working group was published at the end of last year in the district publication in the form of a voluminous article.
Since the beginning of the new year 2021, the annual plans of the working group "language and Onomastics" were approved, the first meeting was held on January 11.
On March 12, an expanded meeting of the group "Language and Onomastics" was held.
During the meeting, the state institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the Koksu district" held a seminar-meeting for the akims of all districts of the district on the protection of historical and cultural heritage objects, the regulation of onomastic names, on improving the work on compliance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in advertising, visual media.
At the end of each quarter, an expert - analytical article was published on the pages of the publication about the work done in the direction of "language and Onomastics".
Due to the declaration of a state of emergency in the country on March 16, 2020, this year all events are held in an online format.
This year, in the II quarter of 2021, a meeting of the working group "Til Zhane Onomastics" was held in an online format, where the analysis of the current state of historical and cultural heritage objects in villages was carried out, instructions and explanatory work on work in this direction were conducted, and the results of the work on studying meaningless Russian street names in villages in Soviet times, shortcomings in street names, outdoor advertising, signage were explained, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan On languages was explained, instructions, memos, working folders were distributed to the akims of each district.
During the year, the traditional campaign "Let's keep the purity of the language" was held, more than 80 objects were studied in the district. Fixed the shortcomings of 18 forms, filled out an "explanatory note" to the owners of 6 forms. The results of the study are regularly published in regional publications and social networks..
Work is also underway on onomastic names in the district, systematic work is underway to replace ideologically outdated names.
The proposal to assign the name of B. Dandybayev to the Talapty secondary school in the village of Talapty in this direction was considered at the meeting of the working group "Til Zhane Onomastics" and has been submitted to the session of the regional maslikhat for consideration today.
To keep under control the intensive conduct of PR events aimed at forming a positive image of a native speaker of the state language, the dissemination of relevant visual information at their own level.
In this direction, employees of state bodies are tested monthly under the "KAZTEST" program.
Specialists of the educational and methodological center of the language of the district conduct testing of specialists of state institutions and departments of the district and send the results to the regional educational and methodological center of the language.
Also, in order to determine the quality of document flow in the state language, information on the percentage of incoming and outgoing document flow is collected quarterly in these state institutions and rural districts.
In order to improve the status of the state language in 2020, the district received 1 million rubles from the state budget. 05 thousand tenge was allocated, this year-1 million tenge.82 thousand tenge was allocated.
In the Koksu district, annual regional competitions are held "Tekti sozdin toresi", "Til sheberi", "Memlekettik til - memlekettik kyzmet", "Til - gumyr", "Abay okulary", "Memlekettik til – Tauelsizdik symbol", "Tildaryn", "Memlekettik til zhane bak", the results of which are systematically published in regional publications. This year, among the competitions named in the district: "Til - gumyr", "Abay okulary", "Men kazaksha sozim", "Memlekettik til – Tauelsizdik symbol", "Memlekettik til zhane BAK", competitions were organized online, during the quarantine period.
Within the framework of these competitions, last year, in 2020, online, the applicant took part in the regional competition "Abay okulary" and took the second place, and the second applicant took the first place in the regional competition "Til Sheberi", this year one of the applicants took the third place in the regional competition "Til - Gumyr".
Also, in the local periodical press, on the pages of social networks, articles are published by specialists of each state institution of the district about the implementation of the program on the state language.
