During the period of the operational preventive event "CONDITIONAL" from June 21 to 27, 2021, employees of the probation service of the Koksu district, together with local police inspectors, conducted raid measures to check convicts at their place of residence, work and study, to establish the location of persons evading serving their sentences. An educational and explanatory conversation was held with all the convicts and their relatives, as well as with persons who can positively influence the convicts. In case of detection of violations among convicted persons, that is, violations of the schedule of stay at the place of residence, expressed in the absence of a convicted person at a permanent place of residence, administrative offenses, as well as criminal offenses committed by convicted persons, the material is sent to the court to resolve the issue of replacing the part of the sentence not served in the form of restriction of freedom by deprivation of liberty, sentenced to a suspended sentence for the extension of a suspended sentence or for the cancellation of a suspended sentence by deprivation of liberty.
The purpose of the event "Conditional" is the prevention and prevention of offenses and repeated crimes on the part of persons sentenced to punishments not related to isolation from society. One of the main reasons for the admission of an offense on the part of registered persons is drinking alcohol, low social status.
