According to the results of the last selection in the reserve of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", 353 people were included in the "Talent Pool". Of these, 24 people were selected from the Almaty region. In total, about 2 thousand applications were submitted.
The applicants were selected by a special commission consisting of deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the media, state and public figures, HR specialists, representatives of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the Anti-Corruption Agency, members of the National Council of Public Trust, members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the State Corporation.
"The project" Pool of Talents " was supported by the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. More than half of the employees working in the state corporation are young people. This project gives the most talented people a chance to move further up the career ladder, " said Aidos Mulykbay, head of the PSC department for the Koksu district.
Now, specialists from the personnel reserve will be appointed to vacant senior positions in the State Corporation.

During the development, the experience of similar projects was studied - "Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve", "Industry Managers of the Academy of Elbasy" and "Zhas Orken". "Talent Pool" - became the fourth country project to create a talent pool in Kazakhstan.
