If you are a home owner, you have the opportunity to remove a citizen registered with you from permanent or temporary registration. There are two ways to do this:⠀
Through the portal Egov.kz:⠀
1. Log in to the Egov portal.kz;⠀
2. Search through the search engine for the service "De-registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan";⠀
3. Request the service online;⠀
4. Confirm the address data;⠀
5. Select from the list of registered users the person you want to remove from registration;⠀
6. Use the digital signature to sign the application;⠀
7. The results of the service will be displayed in the personal account of the portal.⠀
If there are co-owners of housing-they must confirm your actions in your personal account; ⠀

Via the PSC:⠀
1. Book an online queue at the PSC, and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time;⠀
2. Write an application for the service from the operator, specifying the IIN of the person being discharged;⠀
3. After five minutes, the person will be removed from the registration. ⠀
⠀
When registering a service through a PSC, you must know the IIN of the person being discharged.
