Corruption is one of the most dangerous negative social manifestations. It somewhat restricts the free operation of economic laws and reduces the country's authority in the world community, and is one of the main obstacles to profitable foreign investment for our country.
Corruption is particularly dangerous in state bodies. In this case, it leads to the monopolization of power due to the lack of authority of civil servants to discredit decision-making and strict legal accountability, supervision of officials. It causes great harm to the interests of our country, society and individual citizens.
Therefore, the head of State N. A. Nazarbayev called the fight against corruption one of the priorities of state policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"In accordance with the law "" on combating corruption"", persons performing state duties, as well as persons equated to them, using their official powers and related opportunities, or other use of their powers to obtain property benefits, obtaining property benefits and benefits not provided for by law personally or through intermediaries, as well as their acquisition by individuals and legal entities of these benefits and advantages by illegal transfer to these persons." The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on Combating Corruption " is one of the most effective.
In the sphere of Housing and communal services, which I manage, some measures are being taken to prevent corruption.
In order to keep separate lists of citizens in koksu district for registration of citizens in need of housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by the local executive body from the private housing fund in 2006, a housing commission chaired by the deputy akim of the district was established under the district akimat and registration of citizens in need of housing is carried out.
In general, in Koksu district from 2007 to the present day, more than 150 citizens in need of housing have been provided with housing by the state.
When providing housing from the state housing stock, as well as individual housing in the district, the facts of corruption prevention are strictly controlled, and the provision of Housing to needy citizens is carried out in accordance with the norms of the law.
To date, 1,111 citizens have been registered in the above-mentioned list of people in need of housing.
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 71 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on housing relations, the district conducts an annual inventory of the priority list of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in need of housing. The updated list of persons in need of housing based on the results of the inventory is published in mass sources and on the website of the district Akim.
In order to prevent corruption, explanatory work is constantly carried out among the employees of the Department. It is an indispensable task for every civil servant to have a deep knowledge of the articles of the law and ensure their practical implementation. Their active participation not only in the performance of their duties, but also in social and political life, their involvement in the fight against corruption is strongly required on the part of our department.
In general, I think that every citizen should start preventing any negative consequences in society. At the same time, I would like to say to every contemporary who considers himself a patriot of his homeland, that the achievement of such noble ideals as the achievement of high heights, the entry of our state into the top 30 developed countries is directly related to the conscientious performance of our work to the motherland.
