In the I quarter of 2021, the activities in the field of land relations in the area were carried out in accordance with the requirements of current land legislation and the approved plan.
Applications in the field of land relations were considered by the commissions for the regulation of land relations, established in the district and rural districts.
In the IV quarter of 2021, the department received 52 applications. From the received applications - 24 legal entities, 28 individuals - citizens.
In the IV quarter of 2021, Kazakhstan provided 3 types of public services to citizens and legal entities in accordance with the order of the Minister of National Economy of March 3, 2015 "On approval of standards of public services in the field of land relations, geodesy and cartography" № 272. Including:
"Approval of the land management project for the formation of land" for public service - 141.
"Issuance of permits for the use of land for exploration" -5
"Sale of land to private ownership with immediate payment or installment payment" -7
In addition, 136 contracts were concluded with the specialists of the department, including: 107 - with private farms for the efficient, targeted use of land, 29 - for the use of land allocated for housing and subsistence farming.
Specialists of the department of land relations of the district carried out the work on the above activities and services for citizens and legal entities in accordance with the plan approved by the department. The work was carried out jointly with specialists of the akimat of rural districts, Koksu district branch of the
Department of Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate, Almaty oblast branch of the Governmental State Corporation for Citizens, and the Office of Land Use and Protection of Almaty region.
