Since 2006, the district has established a unified system of electronic document management of the state body "LotusNotus" (hereinafter referred to as the ESEDO GO).
Appeals of individuals and legal entities, outgoing documents and incoming correspondence are registered electronically through the EEDC GO.
To constantly inform individuals and legal entities, the website of the district akim has been created since 2006: https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-koksu.
As of April 1, 2021, the office of the akim of the Koksu district received 123 written applications. Of these:
- 46 applications were received from legal entities, including 27 on land relations, housing and utilities-1, civil registry office-2, elections-1, entrepreneurship-1, roads-2, personnel-1, culture-1, architecture-1, sports-1, mass media-3, public procurement-2, veterinary medicine-1, actions and inaction of local officials-2. Of these, 7 were satisfied, 29 were clarified in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, 1 was sent to other institutions for consideration under the competence, 3 were left without consideration, and 6 are under consideration.
-77 applications were received from individuals, including on housing and communal services-21, agriculture-3, land relations-12, education-1, entrepreneurship-4, construction-4, civil registry office-3, roads-6, public procurement-2, on deputy requests-3, veterinary medicine-3, law-3, architecture-1, sports-2, employment-1, internal policy-1, leave without review-7. Of these, -13 were satisfied, 43 were clarified in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, 9 were sent to other institutions for consideration under the competence, 4 were left without consideration, and -8 applications are under consideration.
On April 1, 2021, 64 citizens came to the personal reception of the district administration. Of these, housing-17, housing-4, agriculture-1, entrepreneurship-3, employment-5, land use-15, TSA-4, architecture-2, education-2,health - 3, culture-2, civil registry office-2, Internet-1, with a diploma in the village-1, award-1, social sphere-1. Of these, 13 applications were satisfied, 51 applications were explained.
All received requests are considered, each of them is answered and explained in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
