The State Revenue Department for the Koksu district reports the following.
Reduced terms of providing public services
In order to increase the level of satisfaction with the public services provided, changes have been made to the tax and customs legislation, which provide for the optimization of the timing of the provision of public services.
Thus, from January 1, 2021, the terms of providing the following services have been reduced:
revocation of tax reports on a tax application-up to 1 business day from the date of submission of the tax application (earlier than 5 business days);
suspension of tax reporting - up to one business day (earlier than 3 business days);
information on the absence (presence) of debt at the request of the justice authorities-up to three working days (previously 5 working days);
deductions/refunds of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines, customs duties, customs duties, interest are reduced to 5 working days (previously 10 working days.
