Information on requests for 2020
Consideration and acceptance of applications from individuals and legal entities is carried out according to the Law of RK"On order of consideration of addresses of physical and legal entities" № 221 dated January 12, 2007, by order No. 147 dated December 18, 2015 "On approval of Rules of consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities" and other normative-legal acts.
Since 2006, the district has established a unified system of electronic document management of the state body "Lotus Notus" (hereinafter – ESEDO GO).
Appeals of individuals and legal entities, outgoing documents and incoming correspondence through the EEDC are registered in electronic form.
Since 2006, the website of the akim of the district has been created to constantly inform individuals and legal entities: https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-koksu.
For 12 months of 2020, the mayor's personal blog received 3 requests.
For 12 months of 2020, the office of the akim of the Koksu district received 538 written applications. Of these:
- from legal entities received 199заявлений, matters, and the E - Government Portal 84, land - 35, agriculture -4, domestic policy - 6, enterprise - 5, social – 1, veterinaria-3, media-2, Frame-3, Registrar-1, road-1, SOC.payment - 54. Of these, 28 appeals were satisfied, 4 appeals were left without consideration, 11 appeals were sent to other institutions for consideration according to their competence, and 156 appeals were clarified.
- 339 applications were received from individuals, including 58 for TSA, 52 for housing and communal services, and social services.payment-56, agriculture-8, architecture-9, land relations-83, education-4, entrepreneurship-8, roads-18, other issues-14, construction-5, social sphere-18. Of these, 58 appeals were satisfied, 17 appeals were left without consideration, 21 appeals were sent to other institutions for consideration according to their competence, and 243 appeals were clarified.
For 12 months of 2020, 178 citizens came to the personal reception of the district's leadership. Of these, housing-60, TSA-15, social sphere-28, employment-9, 22-housing and communal services, 4-agriculture, land use-22, 7-entrepreneurship, roads-1, 9-other, 1-civil Registry office. Of these, 37 applications were satisfied, 141 applications were clarified.
All received requests were considered, answers and explanations were given for each of them, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
