The youth of modern Kazakhstan is a fundamentally new generation that will determine the future of our country in the 21st century. The district is home to 8672 people aged 14 to 29 years. In the regional center, the number of youth is 3335 people, in rural areas - 5337 people.
At the end of the six months of 2020, the youth resource center, together with instructors on youth affairs in rural districts, held about 150 events with coverage of 4,575 thousand people. To date, 31 people have been sent to youth practice to attract young people to state employment programs, within the framework of the project "With a diploma to the village!" 65 people were employed for lifting allowance, 45 people for budget loans. The seasonal work of the Youth Labor "Zhasyl El" employed 67 people, 47 people were employed in public works. The number of young people in the NEET categories of 13 people, compared to last year, decreased by 0.3% (in 2019 - 20 people).
There are 3 youth NGOs registered in the district. The participation of NGOs in the implementation of youth policy is carried out in the form of providing practical and methodological assistance to young people, holding events, public events, conferences, seminars, round tables.
