On entrepreneurship and industry, the following work is carried out: organizes the activities of expert councils on entrepreneurship under the akim of the district, performs the functions of a working body of the commission for accrediting associations of private entrepreneurship entities, participates in all activities carried out by the Headquarters for rapid response to price increases in the district consumer market, conducts monitoring and analysis of setting prices for food and industrial goods of prime necessity, monitors stocks and routes of food products from wholesale suppliers, and also participates in all stabilization programs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organizes and carries out work on the allocation of temporary outlets and areas with persons who showed interest in the sale of goods, vegetables, fruits, soft drinks and agricultural products located in the district in the general land use, concludes a memorandum with the entrepreneur for the allocation of territory in public places for temporary use for the installation of entertainment attractions for children and adults for recreation of residents and guests of the district, organizes round tables, seminars, forums, contests, fairs, exhibitions on the support and development of entrepreneurship in the district, monitors ongoing investment projects on the territory of the district within the framework of the industrial and innovative development of the region, predicts the agri-food complex of the district and analyzes its condition, designate a place for street trading, implement and organize activities in the direction of development, takes measures to ensure food security, takes measures to develop tourism, prepares activities for creating favorable conditions for trading activities in the region.
