The following works are carried out on construction: ensuring state and public interests in the field of construction, informing the population about the planned development of the territory, acting as a customer for the construction, reconstruction and repair of district communal property and social facilities, preparation of the necessary documents for the design and (or) construction of facilities , holding public procurement tenders for them, organizing work on the construction of water pipelines, treatment facilities, heating and electrical networks and other transport and engineering infrastructure facilities, housing of the municipal housing stock of the district, as well as objects under construction at the expense of the state budget, implementation in the interests of the local state management of other functions assigned to state institutions with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
