DEAR PARTICIPANTS IN THE LIQUIDATION OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE CHERNOBYL ACCIDENT !
A great example is the analysis of the past and future of our people, flipping through the pages of history, glorifying heroic deeds.
The worship of a feat is a vivid manifestation of noble deeds.
Before gaining independence, our people had many problems, one of which was the Chernobyl disaster, which wounded the hearts of many people.
35 years ago, on April 26, 1986, the fourth unit of the nuclear power plant in the Ukrainian city of Chernobyl exploded. Damage and consequences of an accident at a nuclear power plant – the largest man-made radiation accident of the twentieth century.
"According to the Russian media, the number of people who took part in neutralizing the accident in 1986-1992 exceeded 600 thousand people. Of these, 31,743 Kazakhstanis are registered in the official list. They provided assistance so as not to harm the world of the earth, depriving it of health and life.
One of the 276 military units that took part in the work to neutralize the disaster was the 27th Kazakhstan Chemical Protection Regiment, the only one in Central Asia.
Another remarkable fact is that they included reserve servicemen, specialists in the civil sphere, as well as women and students. In secret order No. 045, signed by the Minister of Defense of the USSR, D. Yazov"...involve only citizens who have reached the age of 30 and are married, have two or more children in disinfection work. The term of involvement in this work does not exceed three months." However, conscripts under the age of twenty were also involved in the neutralization of the accident. Even those who did military service there for two years in a row. Of these 32 thousand. currently, about three hundred people live in Almaty, and in total-only 4.5 thousand people. Most of the landowners are disabled people of various degrees.Even in every region of Kazakhstan there is a monument to the victims of the Chernobyl disaster.
About 70 people from our district died from the consequences. Of these, 34 people returned safely to their homeland.
Today, there are 20 citizens among us. If 13 of our citizens have passed away. Mr. Islamkhanov Mousyr Kigirzaevich moved to the Chechen Republic.
This year, along with the 30th anniversary of Independence, the Chernobyl disaster marks 35 years. We continue to have a common interest in minimizing this risk based on the latest technologies.
The Chernobyl disaster still remains in the hearts of Kazakhstanis.
It is our duty to pay tribute to those who died as a result of the accident and those who lost their health, knowing that the consequences of this accident are grave, that it still affects many generations.
All of humanity should make every effort to minimize the consequences of the disaster.
