On December 23, 2013, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 1998 No. 3827 "On professional and other holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was amended and June 23 was defined as a professional holiday of civil servants.
Out of 155 civil servants of local executive bodies of the district, 22 work in the office of the akim of the district, 43-in district departments, 90 - in the offices of akims of rural districts. Also , civil servants work in the district structural divisions of the central executive bodies - the Department of state revenue , treasury, statistics, consumer protection, territorial inspection, the department of emergency situations.
The civil service is one of the most important mechanisms of the state system, which plays a leading role in the organization of the entire state administration. Any society cannot exist without state administration, that is, without civil servants. Trust in the authorities begins with a civil servant who meets the requirements of modern society.
As you know, it is the civil servant who is the main support of the state, driving its idea and policy. Therefore, it is an honorable duty to be a civil servant who raises the status of the nation, elevates the honor of the country. After all, a civil servant is the personification of high power, business acumen. The rapid development of our district directly depends on your specialization skills, experience, aspirations and energy. Civil servants are responsible for the implementation of state programs aimed at improving the well-being of district residents and improving their future.
On this festive day, we congratulate our veterans-Tolendi Sarybayev, Nurbay Zhantleuov, Esenbay Suranshinov, Bolysbay Mombayev, Boken Rysbekov, Amangeldy Imanbayev and others who have worked fruitfully in the field of public service of the district for many years.

Therefore, large-scale tasks and high goals of a difficult government should always be in the memory of all civil servants. The main task of a civil servant is assessed by honest service to his native Homeland and people.
