The service is implemented for public services along the lines of social benefits, land relations, the issuance of permits to labor immigrants, preschool organizations, the issuance of civil status certificates.
Among those included in the list are such popular public services as the appointment of social payments for the birth of a child and care for him, placing children on the waiting list in preschool institutions, assigning benefits for the loss of a breadwinner, obtaining or extending permits to labor immigrants and even awarding sports titles.
"Previously, a client for these services came to the PSC, applied for registration and received a paper receipt when it was necessary to come for the finished result. Then he came again to pick up a certificate or document. With our new service, there is no need to go to the PSC a second time – the client will simply receive an SMS message with a link, following which you can download the finished document and print it out if necessary. This saves time for customers," said Kanat Dybyspaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
