In order to optimize the acceptance of documents from legal entities, work was carried out to organize the acceptance of applications through the district offices of the Public Service Center, where the Centers for Receiving Applications operate.
"Now legal entities do not need to come to the office of the branch to submit documents. You can contact any public service center in the city. Therefore, a center for receiving applications has been opened in the PSC department of the city, there are 2 operators working in them. In particular, the provision of notification services is carried out by PSCs for the following types of documents sent from legal entities:
1) Notice of change of legal address (non-residents)
2) Notification of a change in the head of a legal entity (non-residents)
3) Notice of increase in the authorized capital of a legal entity
4) Notification of a change in the type of economic activity of a legal entity
5) Notification of a change in the personal data of the head and founder (change of full name)
6) Requests from legal entities regarding the provision of information about a registered legal entity.
The above services are carried out in a notification manner, payment for the registration fee is not provided.
According to Art. 14-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state registration of legal entities and record registration of branches and representative offices" Changes and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) are made when:
1) a change in the location of a legal entity belonging to a private entrepreneurship entity, a branch (representative office), with the exception of a joint-stock company, a branch (representative office);
2) change of the head (appointment of the head, appointment of the acting head, appointment of the manager of the property and activities of the legal entity, dismissal of the head);
3) making changes and additions to the constituent documents, with the exception of the requirements provided for in Article 14-1 of this Law;
4) transfer of a share of the authorized capital to trust management;
5) increase in the authorized capital of economic partnerships;
6) change in the main type of economic activity;
Changes and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) specified in subparagraphs 1), 3), 4) and 5) of part one of this article are made on the basis of an electronic notification with the documents provided for by this article attached.
