The child birth allowance and the payment for the care of a child up to a year can be issued through the popular banking applications Halyk Homebank and Kaspi.kz . online.
In order to apply for a child birth allowance and the appointment of a social payment in case of loss of income in connection with the care of a child upon reaching the age of one year through the Halyk Homebank mobile applications and Kaspi.kz , necessary:
- go to the public services section;
- confirm consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
- select "Child Birth Allowance";
- choose the child for whom the application will be submitted;
- check all the data and sign the application via EDS.
After sending the application from the client and considering it by the state body, the client will be sent a PUSH notification and SMS about the result of its consideration and the assigned amount of payments. You can apply for the service at any time within 1 year after the birth of the child.
Previously, it was possible to apply through the PSC, the e-government portal, or using the SMS service from 1414.
