Foreign citizens can apply for an IIN in Kazakhstan only through the PSC.
Previously, this service could be ordered online through the eGov portal, but at the moment this service is temporarily suspended on the portal.
To obtain an IIN at the PSC, you must have three documents with you:
- Application, which is filled in at the PSC operator;
- International passport;
- A notarized power of attorney, in the case of a client's representative.
If in the foreign passport of a foreigner his data is not in Cyrillic or Latin, you must attach a copy of the translation of the document.
