Change of director or leader is a common occurrence in any large organization. The company must not only inform its business partners about the change of leadership, but also various registering and controlling government agencies.
And if earlier, in order to notify government agencies of a change in leadership, entrepreneurs had to contact the Public Service Center, then from October 2021 this can be done online.
Here is the instruction how to do it:
- the new director needs to log in to the Egov portal;
- in the "Business" section, find the service "Notification of a change in the head";
- fill in the data and sign the application using the EDS;
- each founder of the organization needs to coordinate the application with his EDS.
Important! The change of the head of the organization is of a notification nature and is not a public service. Given that this service is provided without the participation of the registration authority, the responsibility for making changes lies entirely with the legal entity itself.
