For registration of housing assistance, you should contact the PSC and submit an application. You need to have an identity card, documents confirming family income, a certificate from the place of work or the unemployed and utility costs. Also, public services can be obtained online on the portal egov.kz . In this case, you will need an EDS to sign an electronic application. The response will be received within 8 working days in the personal account.
