In Kazakhstan, people with the first group of disabilities who need assistance with movement are entitled to an individual assistant. The state finances these services. The service is issued free of charge through public service centers or the e-government portal.
How to get the service online:
1. Log in to the egov.kz portal, find the service "Payment of documents for the provision of services of an individual assistant to disabled people of the first group who have difficulty in moving";
2. Order the service online and fill out the application. You can sign the service with an EDS or with an SMS password;
3. A notification about the processing of your application will be sent to your personal account.
To receive a service in the PSC, you must:
1. Application;
2. Identity document;
3. A power of attorney from a disabled person, in case of a request from a person who received a power of attorney from a disabled person.
The term for the provision of services in both cases is 10 working days. The client will be informed about the decision made by SMS to the specified number.
