To apply on the egov.kz portal, you must:
1. choose the appropriate service;
2. specify the required technical means of rehabilitation and the service provider;
3. sign the request with an EDS or one-time SMS password.
On the portal, you can track the status of your application until full execution. There is even home delivery via courier.
It is worth noting that previously, in order to receive social assistance, clients had to personally contact employment and social programs.
Now over 20 government services for people with disabilities are available online.
