Online manager change
Today, changing the head of a legal entity is the most widespread and demanded service.
According to article 14-2 of the Law "On state registration of legal entities and record registration of branches and representative offices", changes and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) when the head is changed (appointment of a head, appointment of an acting head, appointment of a property manager and activities of a legal persons removed from the position of the head) are entered automatically on the basis of an electronic notification.
In 2021, the development of the Service was carried out on the procedure for changing the head (appointment of a head, appointment of an acting head, appointment of a manager of property and activities of a legal entity) through the e-government portal
The application is submitted through the PEP by the appointed manager (appointed by the trustee of the inheritance or by the notary who issued the certificate of appointment of the trustee; by the head of the head organization; by the authorized person of the legal entity) with attachment of a scanned copy in pdf format of the document of the foundation (order, decision).
