Kazakhstan has established a certain procedure for hiring foreigners. Having arrived in our country, they can stay for 30 days without obtaining a work permit and temporary residence.
But if they came for a longer period, they should get it. In order to obtain a work permit, migrants must find an employer and conclude a contract with him in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After that, at the migration services center, you need to get an IIN to pay the state fee and provide the following documents:
- application for a permit for a labor immigrant;
- receipts for the payment of a preliminary payment for individual income tax;
- passport with a border crossing mark;
- medical certificate form 075/y;
- certificate of passing fingerprinting and photographing; - medical insurance;
- employment contract;
You can also take a photo and take fingerprints at the migration services center or at the migration police department. After that, migrants renew the permit every three months for a year. The service is free and can be obtained both at the Migration services center and through the egov portal.
