You can register a property in two hours
At the initiative of the state corporation "Government for Citizens", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan made changes to the rules for registering rights to real estate. Now, after a transaction made at a notary for registration of rights to real estate, the client can, if desired, receive a result for an additional amount in an expedited manner within two hours from the date of payment.
Reducing the time of service provision eliminates administrative barriers and corruption risks.
Earlier, "Government for Citizens", together with Kaspi, implemented the possibility of paying for the service in the Kaspi.kz application for clients who registered real estate with notaries.
