One of the most popular government services is the apostille of official documents. Apostille is a special stamp that confirms the authenticity of any of your official documents in another country. This can be a higher education diploma, birth or marriage certificate, copies from archives, and others.
Apostille can be done in two ways - on the eGov portal or in the public service center.
On the e-government portal, the service is provided within one business day. Here are instructions on how to get this service:
- log in to the portal and go to the "Legal Aid" section, then order the service online;
- fill in the fields and attach scanned copies of the document to be apostilled;
- sign the request with an EDS or SMS password;
- get an electronic stamp "Apostille" in your personal account
When contacting the PSC, you need to apply for an apostille and have the following documents with you:
- original identity card;
- a document subject to apostille;
- a document confirming payment of the state duty to the budget;
- a notarized power of attorney, upon request of a representative
⏳The term for the provision of services through the PSC is two working days
