In order to open your own business, you need to have the courage and patience. When you have a business plan ready and you are ready to launch, you need to remember to do the main thing – to formalize legally.
Previously, in order to officially become an entrepreneur, it was necessary to collect documents and go to the tax service. Now it can be done online in a few minutes.
Here is a brief instruction:
• Go to the portal "E-licensing" elicense.kz and register using an EDS
• After registration, select the"Maintenance" button on the main page
* Select the "Notification procedure" tab, click on the link "Notification of the beginning of activity as an individual entrepreneur"
• Select the command "Order a service online"
• Fill in the data about your sole proprietor (type of activity, tax procedure, etc.). Here you also make a request to the state agency – if you have tax debts, you will be denied registration of an individual entrepreneur.
• After filling in all the data using the EDS, you send a notification to the tax authority.
• In the elicense personal account.kz select the section "My permits" in which you select the "Notification" tab. In the status of the submitted application, click on the magnifying glass icon (view) and in the window that opens, you can download and print a notification and a coupon about your IP.
As soon as you notify the tax authority about the beginning of your activity, you are considered an entrepreneur.
