In order to take advantage of all the benefits of compulsory social health insurance (OSMS), you need to be attached to a polyclinic. And when the need arises, people often don't know how to do it. There are three ways to attach yourself to a polyclinic:
Through the portal Egov.kz:
1. Log in to the portal
2. Use the search bar to find the service " Attaching to a medical organization that provides primary health care"
3. Request the service online
4. Choose a clinic and a doctor
5. Enter your address and contact details
6. Sign the request with an EDS
7. The results of the service will be displayed in your personal account.
Via telegram bot @Kenes1414Bot:
1. In the telegram messenger, find @Kenes1414Bot
2. Launch the Telegram bot, open " services"
3. Select "Healthcare", click on " Attach to a medical organization via messenger"
4. Specify who you will take the service for (for yourself/for the child)
5. Confirm your address information and select a clinic
6. Next, the bot will ask you to specify the reason for the attachment and the doctor's details
7. Enter the confirmation code
8. The Telegram bot will show your application number and the status of the service provided.
Through the clinic:
Contact the clinic's registry office with your identity card and documents related to your health. Write an application for admission to the clinic.
The service delivery period is 1 business day.
IMPORTANT: before attaching, you need to know the full name of the clinic and the full name of the attending physician. When you register, you are automatically detached from the previous clinic.
