PROTOCOL of the public discussion of the analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Health Department of the Zhetisu region"

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", with the Standard Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016, in accordance with the order of the Head of the Health Department of the Zhetisu region (hereinafter - Management) dated October 16, 2023 No. 428-N "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Department" in the period from October 23 to November 03, 2023, an internal analysis of corruption risks for the period I, II, III quarters of 2023 is carried out in the following areas:

1) identification of corruption risks of regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the facility;

2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the facility;

It is recommended to strictly comply with the requirements of the "Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as to conduct explanatory work among the staff of the Department on the consideration of appeals on the E–Otinish platform and keep them under strict control by the management.

It is recommended to approve the nomenclature in a new edition with an indication of the retention periods of standard rules for the preparation of state documentation and documentation management, a list of standard documents compiled in the activities of a state institution.
