Ensuring interaction between the department and the structural divisions of the Department; organization of accounting for financial and economic activities, control over the safety of management property, proper spending of funds and material assets, compliance with budget austerity; monitoring public procurement; coordination of work on public procurement; ensuring timely preparation, issuance, and transmission of reports on public procurement; organization work on responding to letters received from budget institutions, akimats of districts and cities; answers to questions from individuals and legal entities concerning the competence of the department; representation of the state interests of the department in accordance with the procedure established by law when considering legal issues in all courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in other bodies.
