Determination of the applicant's compliance with the qualification requirements when considering documents for obtaining a license and an appendix to the license, carrying out licensing control, including taking appropriate measures against violators of licensing standards based on the results of the audit, performing functions for certification of experts providing expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, including reception and examination of the applicant's documents, organization of expert certification, providing expert work and engineering services conducting events (electronic testing).
