Conducting state architectural and construction control and supervision of objects under construction in the territory of the Zhetisu region;
Carries out state architectural and construction control over the quality of construction of facilities at construction sites under construction, compliance with existing state, as well as interstate standards;
Implementation of control and supervision over the performance of design and survey, expert, construction and installation works by individuals and legal entities;
Implementation of control and supervision over the activities of customers of technical supervision, author supervision of project developers and supervision of contractors to ensure the quality of construction and installation works at facilities;
Conducting verification to establish the reliability of the data specified in the notification of the start of construction and installation works;
Taking appropriate measures against violators of regulatory legal acts and state regulatory requirements in the field of architectural and construction activities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
In case of detection of violations of state standards and (or) deviations from approved projects (design solutions), the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate issues an order to eliminate the violations committed by the customer (developer) and (or) contractor construction and installation organization (enterprise) within the established time frame.
