Regional geoinformation system of the Zhetisu region
Project Description
The Geoinformation portal of the Zhetisu region reflects the territorial distribution of all seven categories of land, which contains information on agricultural land indicating land users and land use area, types of land reflecting the emergence of ownership and land use. In addition, the map shows the boundaries of the water, state forest fund and specially protected natural areas. Also, the borders of rural settlements are plotted on the map. Information on the state of urban planning design and the availability of master plans, detailed planning plans, and the ability to view them is provided for settlements. The availability of water resources is reflected in the passports of water bodies – lakes, reservoirs, ponds. Irrigation networks are also included in the electronic database, indicating the type of property, their length, and the suspended area.
Integration
Also, the geoportal has completed integration with the "Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate" and the portal of "electronic government" in terms of automating the provision of land plots in electronic form. The functionality has been prepared for obtaining state services in the field of land relations, architecture and urban planning, as well as technical specifications in electronic form through the portal.
Public access
According to the uniform requirements, the geoportal is accessible to the public (open contour) and to authorized employees of government agencies and other organizations (closed contour).
Result
This year, the maintenance of the Architect's Duty Card by the district and city departments of architecture and urban planning has been digitized. The development and continuous improvement of the Geoportal is aimed at providing the population and business with a convenient tool for obtaining services online, as well as providing access to information.
