On behalf of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, all public service centers have been suspended in Kazakhstan. Citizens receive services only in electronic format.
Since March 30, each city has one PSC working as a single window for issuing ready-made documents. Here, Kazakhstanis will be able to get a ready result of providing public services online. the eGov portal has 23 types of public services, the result of which is issued on paper.
In a specialized PSC, only the Windows for issuing ready-made documents work, where citizens who have become re-registered or have replaced their driver's license online can get ready-made documents and a state registration number. In cities with few specialized public service Centers (Almaty, Shymkent) determined that the single PSC for the issuance of documents.
About 400 employees of the state Corporation" Government for citizens"are involved in the work on issuing ready-made documents to service recipients. All of them are equipped with means of protection and disinfection.
Working hours of the Windows for issuing ready-made documents: Monday-Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 hours. Saturday - from 9.00 to 14.00 hours.

It should be noted that until March 21, citizens who have submitted an application to public service centers will be able to get ready-made results in PSCs that first applied before March 29.
