This moment, filled with hope and faith, is the period when we sum up the results of the outgoing year and set ourselves new goals and objectives.
It has become a tradition for us to meet you on New Year's Eve and receive your good wishes and blessings.
If we analyze the path we have traveled, then thanks to the work of the head of state, K. K. Tokayev, significant changes and successful steps were taken in our state in 2021 for the benefit of the country.
All this is happening as a result of the achievements of our country, social harmony and mutual understanding.
The outgoing year has also become fertile for the Alakol land.
I say so, despite the pandemic, good results have been achieved in all sectors of the economy in our district today.
In the agricultural sector, all agricultural products produced amounted to 52 billion 828 million tenge.
This year, a kindergarten for 150 places has been put into operation in the city of Usharal.
The development of the district's economy has made it possible to improve the welfare of the population, the development of healthcare, education, culture, and sports.
Local roads are being repaired, the issue of providing settlements with drinking water is being positively resolved. Currently, the supply of drinking water is 85.7%. In the future, design and estimate documentation is being developed to provide 7 settlements with centralized drinking water.
Also in 2021, more than 20 streets were repaired and put into operation on local roads, which is 20.6 km out of 5 settlements. To date, the quality of all roads in the district has been brought to a good and satisfactory condition by 70%. Next year, it is planned to carry out major and medium repairs of 12 internal streets of 9 settlements.
In general, the set plans and goals are successfully implemented in turn.
Everything that is being done today is the fruit of bold initiatives and constructive policy of the head of state. We raised the banner of freedom and celebrated the 30th anniversary of our independent state.
"Being an independent country is not limited to its proclamation or laying the foundation of the state, the real struggle for independence will continue forever with continuous and consistent country policy and daily work. Only with a strong independent state do we preserve ourselves on earth as a nation," the President stressed, preserving the country's sovereignty and embarking on a new path of development.
We are obliged to respect veterans, support their good morals, and show goodwill.
