Clinics and hospitals
There are 56 medical and preventive institutions in the district: Usharal CRH, Kabanbay SB, Tokzhailau SB, Dostyk SB, Tuberculosis hospital, 18 outpatient clinics, 5 paramedic-midwifery and 28 medical centers.
Every year, allocations for healthcare are increasing, the material and technical base of medical institutions is improving, as well as the provision of medical equipment, soft and hard inventory, and medicines.
Under renovation and construction of health care facilities, in 2009 built outpatient clinic with Aktubek, in 2010, built Gostynska rural hospital with 50 beds with a polyclinic for 100 visits in 2011 built Kochubinska VA, 2012 started Bulandinsky VA.
In 2010, 310 beds were deployed in the district, in 2011-310 beds, in 2012-305 beds, the provision for 10 thousand people is 40.4.
In the project of the health district for 2012-2015 launched the construction of outpatient clinics in the VA Kazakhstan in 2013, construction will be completed VA Bulanty in 2013, the planned construction of VA Tokalau in 2014, VA Kizilay 2014.
Repairs were carried out in the CRH of Usharal, the outpatient clinic of Zhaypak in 2011.
In the district in 2010 there were 35 pharmacies, in 2011 37, in 2012 40, as well as 11 pharmacy kiosks at the VA. The availability of pharmacies in 2012 was 71.4%.
Since 2010, a unified national health system has been implemented in the district, according to which 51 patients were sent for treatment under the quota in research institutes in 2010, 111 in 2011, 107 in 2012, 458 in regional institutions in 2010, 1725 in 2011, and 747 in 2012.
Over the last 3 years, i.e. 2010-2011-2012, there was no maternal mortality. Infant mortality in the district per 1000 births in 2010 is 7.3, in 2011 15.3, in 2012 11.2, the regional indicator is 11.6.

The district employs 105 doctors in 2010, 120 in 2011, 116 in 2012, 433 average medical workers in 2010, 490 in 2011, and 501 in 2012.
The provision of doctors per 10 thousand population in 2010 is 15.1, in 2011 17.1, in 2012 16.5, regional indicator 22, average medical workers in 2010 62.8, in 2011 70, in 2012 71.3, regional indicator 63.6.
To attract young specialists to carry out certain work, each year the chief physician of the district participated in the jobs fair. Over the past 3 years, 5 young doctors who have arrived have been provided with housing and lifting allowances.
