The state institution "Apparatus of the district Akim" (hereinafter-the apparatus of the district Akim) is a state body that provides organizational, legal, information and analytical, Advisory and material and technical support for the activities of the district Akim.
2. Akim district operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of President, Government, decisions, orders of Akim of the region and other legal acts and these regulations.
3. the Office of the district Akim is a legal entity, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, as well as a Bank account, in accordance with the law.
The office of the district Mayor enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
The office of the district Mayor has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state, in accordance with the law.
4. The position of district Akim's Central office, as well as its structure and staff numbers shall be approved by the Akim of the district.
The regulations on the office of the district Akim are its constituent document.
5. Financing of the district Akim's office is carried out only from the local budget.
If the district Akim's office is granted the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, then the income received from the activities is sent to the state's revenue.
